Job Description - Customer Support Associate

Job Description:


Consolidated Edison is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Customer Support Associate in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and live chat - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and technical issues regarding our products and services - Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues in a timely manner - Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and services to effectively educate customers - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system - Identify customer needs and provide solutions to enhance their overall experience


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions - Persuasive ability to influence customer behavior and promote products - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
