Job Description - Customer Support Associate

Job Description:


We are seeking a motivated and passionate Customer Support Associate to join our team at Nestlé in Bern, Switzerland. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, and chat 2. Collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns 3. Providing product information and assistance to customers 4. Processing orders and returns accurately and efficiently 5. Monitoring customer satisfaction levels and identifying areas for improvement 6. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions 7. Assisting with special projects and tasks as needed


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field 2. 4 years of experience in customer support or a related role 3. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail 5. Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software 7. Cooperates well with others and has strong planning skills
