Job Description - Customer Support Associate

Job Description:


Hamilton Company is seeking a part-time Customer Support Associate to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, Switzerland. The ideal candidate for this Associate Level position should have at least 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement - Assist with sales and marketing initiatives as needed


Requirements: - Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment - Adaptability to changing priorities and customer needs - Energetic attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for customers - Strong analytical skills to solve complex customer problems - Negotiation skills to resolve conflicts and find solutions - Proven track record of providing excellent customer service - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
