Customer Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Arthur J. Gallagher is seeking a Customer Support Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and courteous manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, account inquiries, and order processing. 3. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team members when necessary. 4. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to the management team.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of customer support experience. 2. Confident and passionate about providing excellent customer service. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment. 4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 6. Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
