Las Vegas Sands, a renowned hospitality and entertainment company, is seeking a part-time Customer Support Manager to join our team in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. As a mid-to-senior level position with a requirement of 6 years of experience, we are looking for a resourceful and adaptable individual who possesses strong innovation and people management skills.
Responsibilities: - Lead and oversee the customer support team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes and procedures - Manage customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and effective resolutions - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and issues - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Train and mentor customer support staff to enhance their skills and performance - Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of customer support operations
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in a customer support or related role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Experience in people management and leadership
