Job Description - Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


Jones Lang LaSalle is seeking a part-time Customer Support Manager to join our team in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in customer support roles and possess mid-to-senior level expertise.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the customer support team, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer support processes and procedures - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to identify areas for improvement and track progress towards goals - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination on customer support issues - Train and onboard new customer support team members, providing ongoing support and guidance as needed - Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in customer support to continuously improve processes and deliver exceptional service


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in a customer support role - Proven experience managing and leading a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Energetic and resilient personality traits - Strong persuasion and planning skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of CRM software and other customer support tools - Fluency in English and French (additional languages a plus)
