Job Description - Remote Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


INTL FCStone is seeking a talented and experienced Remote Customer Support Manager to join our dynamic team based in Lausanne, Vaud, Switzerland. This part-time position is ideal for someone with a mid-to-senior level of experience in customer support roles, with at least 8 years of relevant experience.


As a Remote Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of remote customer support agents, ensuring they deliver excellent service to our clients. This includes overseeing the day-to-day operations, providing guidance and training to team members, and resolving escalated customer issues. You will also be responsible for monitoring performance metrics, analyzing data, and implementing strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction.
