Remote Customer Support Manager

Job Description:

Air Products & Chemicals is seeking a Remote Customer Support Manager to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. This is a part-time position at a Mid-to-Senior Level, requiring a minimum of 6 years of experience in customer support or related fields.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote customer support representatives, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Monitor customer support metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide timely solutions. 5. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. 6. Serve as a point of escalation for complex customer inquiries and complaints. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support.
