Job Description - Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


Loews in Basel is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a mid-to-senior level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 8 years of experience in customer support roles. The ideal candidate will possess a confident and passionate personality, as well as strong soft skills in teamwork and people management.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer support representatives to ensure excellent service delivery 2. Develop and implement customer satisfaction strategies 3. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints 4. Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the customer experience 5. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to customer support 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer journey 7. Train and onboard new customer support team members 8. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer support


Requirements: 1. At least 8 years of experience in customer support roles 2. Proven track record of effectively managing a team 3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively 5. Proficiency in customer support software and CRM systems
