Job Description:
Franklin Resources is seeking a dynamic Remote Customer Support Manager to join our team in Lausanne, CH. As a part-time position at a Mid-to-Senior Level, the Remote Customer Support Manager will be responsible for managing the customer support team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities: 1. Oversee and manage a remote customer support team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. 2. Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates. 3. Monitor customer interactions and provide feedback and coaching to team members. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Analyze customer support data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. 6. Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions in a timely manner. 7. Develop and implement customer support policies and procedures. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support.
Requirements: 1. 7+ years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong project management and decision-making abilities. 4. Hardworking and adaptable personality traits. 5. Ability to work independently and remotely. 6. Experience managing remote teams. 7. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
