Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team at ManpowerGroup in Zurich. As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of customer support representatives and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise a team of customer support representatives - Develop and implement customer support policies and procedures - Monitor customer interactions and ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members - Collaborate with other departments to improve customer service processes - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Handle escalated customer issues and provide personalized solutions - Track and report on key performance metrics to senior management
Requirements: - 5 years of experience in a customer support management role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and team management abilities - Resourceful and hardworking - Ability to conduct research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences - Proficiency in customer service software and tools - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
