Job Description - Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a part-time Customer Support Manager to join our team at Lennar in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience in customer support, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer support representatives to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of customer support representatives - Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer support processes and procedures - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Develop and maintain relationships with key customers


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in a customer support management role - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Hardworking and adaptable with a strong attention to detail - Problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make decisions - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
