Job Description - Customer Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Customer Support Manager to join our team at Public Service Enterprise Group. As a part-time position that allows for remote work from home, this role requires an individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer support representatives - Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback as needed - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement - Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field - Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer service - Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically - Persuasion skills and adaptability to changing priorities
