Job Description - Customer Support Manager - Work from home

Frontier Communications is seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will allow you to work remotely from home, providing support to our customers located in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH.


As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer support representatives, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service at all times. Your duties will include:


- Overseeing the daily operations of the customer support team - Setting performance goals and metrics for the team - Training and developing team members to enhance their skills - Resolving escalated customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Monitoring customer feedback and implementing improvements to enhance the customer experience - Collaborating with other departments to address customer needs and concerns


To be successful in this role, you must have at least 8 years of experience in customer support or a related field, with a proven track record of managing a team. You must also possess innovative thinking and strong emotional intelligence to effectively address customer needs and concerns.
