Job Description:
Clorox is seeking a Remote Customer Support Officer to join our team in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer support roles. We are looking for a motivated and adaptable individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations - Keep detailed records of customer interactions - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels
Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in customer support roles - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Motivated and adaptable personality traits - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support platforms
