Customer Support Officer

L Brands is seeking a passionate and resourceful Customer Support Officer to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud. As a part-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer support roles.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively - Provide product information and assist with order placement - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions

Requirements: - Strong teamwork and communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Previous experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent problem-solving skills - Proficiency in relevant computer applications
