Customer Support Officer

Job Description:

ManpowerGroup is currently seeking a dynamic and energetic Customer Support Officer to join our team in Basel, Switzerland. This part-time position is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience in customer support and is looking to start their career in a global company.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide information and assistance to customers regarding products and services - Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Assist with training new customer support team members

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field - Energetic and motivated personality with a positive attitude - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet - Excellent communication and persuasion skills - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in MS Office and customer support software - Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
