Job Description:
CSX is seeking a dedicated Remote Customer Support Officer to join our team in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. This part-time position is perfect for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in a dynamic customer service role.
Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer support via email, phone, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and technical issues - Troubleshoot problems and provide timely solutions - Document all customer interactions and resolutions - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements: - Strong communication skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Resourceful and hardworking attitude - Ability to manage time effectively - Experience working in a team-oriented environment - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
