Job Description:
Southern is currently seeking a motivated and adaptable Customer Support Officer to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work from home on a part-time basis in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for candidates with at least 4 years of experience in customer support.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat support 2. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner 3. Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 6. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels 7. Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance customer support operations
Requirements: 1. Adaptable personality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment 2. Hardworking attitude with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service 3. Critical thinking skills to analyze and solve complex customer problems 4. Innovative mindset to enhance customer support strategies 5. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written 6. Proficiency in using customer support software and Microsoft Office Suite
