Customer Support Officer - Work from home

Eastman Chemical is seeking a reliable and driven Customer Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home. As an Entry Level position, this role is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and efficient manner. 2. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 4. Handle customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism, finding suitable solutions to problems. 5. Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database. 7. Collaborate with colleagues worldwide on various projects and initiatives. 8. Continuously improve customer support processes and procedures to enhance overall customer satisfaction. 9. Meet and exceed customer support metrics and KPIs.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. 2. 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 5. Creative thinking and the ability to think outside the box. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. Flexible working hours to accommodate different time zones. 9. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home.
