Job Description - Customer Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description: Lam Research, a leading semiconductor equipment manufacturer, is seeking a dedicated and energetic Customer Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home in Lausanne, Vaud, CH, providing customer support services to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer support via phone and email, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. 4. Assist in developing customer support policies and procedures to improve service quality and efficiency. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to customers. 6. Proactively identify areas for improvement in the customer support process and recommend solutions.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
