Job Description - Customer Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:


Omnicom Group is currently seeking a part-time Customer Support Officer to work remotely from home in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. This position is entry-level and requires at least 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess traits such as confidence and reliability, as well as soft skills including adaptability and people management.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively - Provide product information and guidance to customers - Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records - Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service - Continuously improve customer support processes and procedures - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
