Job Description - Remote Customer Support Representative

Job Description:


Abbott Laboratories is seeking a Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be confident, adaptable, possess strong leadership and communication skills.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues in a timely manner - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist with order processing and product inquiries - Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals


Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Confidence and adaptability to handle a variety of customer situations - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to work independently in a remote setting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
