Job Description - Customer Support Representative

Job Description: As a Customer Support Representative at Implenia AG in Lausanne, Vaud, CH, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for any customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with our clients.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order status - Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and provide solutions - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and common issues - Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Adaptable and dedicated with a positive attitude - Leadership and research skills - Proficiency in using customer support software and tools
