Customer Support Representative

Job Description:

AutoZone is currently seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. This position is entry level and requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be confident, hardworking, possess strong teamwork skills, and have experience with project management.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and processing orders - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability - Handle and resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Utilize project management skills to coordinate and complete tasks efficiently - Maintain a positive attitude and represent the company in a professional manner - Assist with various administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience - Confident and hardworking demeanor - Strong teamwork and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
