Customer Support Representative

Job Description:

As a Customer Support Representative at iHeartMedia, located in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide information and resolve any inquiries or issues they may have - Assist customers in navigating our products and services, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide guidance on usage - Document all customer interactions accurately in our database - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and solve customer problems promptly and efficiently - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company information to better serve our customers - Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions

Requirements: - Hardworking individual with strong communication skills - Confidence in handling customer inquiries and issues - Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Previous experience in a customer service role preferred - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills - Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
