Job Description - Customer Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:


Pacific Life is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. As a work-from-home Associate Level position based in Lausanne, Vaud, CH, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support roles and possess a reliable and motivated personality.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, account management, and issue resolution. 3. Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Contribute to team goals and performance metrics.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support roles. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 5. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software. 6. Reliable and motivated personality traits. 7. Soft skills in planning and project management.
