Job Description - Customer Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:


We are seeking a passionate and energetic Customer Support Representative to join our team at Expedia. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. As an entry-level position, we are looking for candidates with at least one year of experience in customer support or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels. 2. Assist customers with booking reservations, changing existing bookings, and resolving any issues that may arise. 3. Utilize creativity and research skills to find the best solutions for customers. 4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their inquiries. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.


Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. 2. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Proficiency in using customer support software and Microsoft Office Suite. 4. Demonstrated ability to think creatively and problem-solve effectively. 5. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred. 6. Visa sponsorship, disability insurance, and relocation allowance are available benefits.
