Job Description - Remote Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:


Newmont Mining is seeking a Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, Switzerland. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support. The ideal candidate will be driven, motivated, and possess strong emotional intelligence and decision-making skills.


Responsibilities: - Provide remote customer support via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with product inquiries, account issues, and troubleshooting - Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer support - Excellent communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently in a remote setting - Driven and motivated personality - Emotional intelligence and strong decision-making skills
