Job Description - Customer Support Specialist

As a Customer Support Specialist at Eversource Energy in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH, your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service and support to our clients. In this part-time Associate Level position, you will use your hardworking and energetic personality traits to engage with customers and address their inquiries and concerns.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers


Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Leadership qualities to take charge of customer interactions - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Fluency in English and German required, additional languages a plus
