Job Description - Customer Support Specialist

WellCare Health Plans is seeking a passionate and driven Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, Switzerland. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support roles.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels. 2. Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues as needed. 3. Maintain a high level of knowledge about company products and services. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues. 5. Assist in developing and implementing customer support strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction. 6. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients as needed. 7. Make informed decisions to quickly resolve customer concerns.


Requirements: 1. 4+ years of experience in customer support roles. 2. Strong decision-making skills and ability to think on your feet. 3. Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients. 4. Passion for providing exceptional customer service. 5. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 6. Must be located in Zurich or willing to relocate.
