Job Description - Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:


Swatch Group is seeking a motivated and hardworking Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Zurich. As a part-time Associate Level role, the Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner - Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions - Assist customers with product information, orders, and returns - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues efficiently - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Provide feedback to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - 3 years of customer support experience - Excellent communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced work environment - Project management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Experience with CRM software is a plus
