Job Description - Customer Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:


Belimo Holding AG is seeking a part-time Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Basel, Switzerland. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients while working from the comfort of your own home. This position is ideal for someone with at least 3 years of experience in a customer support role who is adaptable, independent, innovative, and has a strong attention to detail.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Provide product information and guidance to customers - Identify opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations to management - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends


Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in a customer support role - Adaptable and independent with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills - Attention to detail and accuracy - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
