Remote Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

AK Steel Holding is seeking a part-time Remote Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. We are looking for a driven and motivated individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer support through live chat.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, pricing, orders, shipping, and other related questions - Resolve customer issues and complaints by coordinating with relevant departments - Proactively engage with customers to upsell products and services - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers and report on performance metrics

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and typing skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Innovative mindset and willingness to learn new technologies - Team player with a cooperative attitude towards colleagues and customers - Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM systems
