Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and independent Live Chat Assistant to join our team at Franke Group in Geneva, Switzerland. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our products and services in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or complaints - Conduct research to answer complex customer questions and provide solutions to their problems - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Use critical thinking skills to identify trends and patterns in customer inquiries and recommend improvements to our processes - Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners to maintain a positive work environment

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude - Strong research skills and the ability to think critically to solve problems - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using chat platforms and other customer service tools - Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
