Live Chat Associate

Job Description:

Anthem is seeking a part-time Live Chat Associate to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be hardworking and dedicated, with strong adaptability and time management skills.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while interacting with customers - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using computer programs and chat platforms - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
