Remote Live Chat Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Live Chat Associate to join our team at PBF Energy. In this entry-level position, you will have the opportunity to work remotely from your location in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As a part-time employee, you will be responsible for providing live chat support to our customers, assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication skills - Research and provide accurate information to customers - Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department - Meet or exceed performance targets for response time and customer satisfaction - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures

Requirements: - No prior experience required - training will be provided - Resilient and adaptable personality traits - Strong leadership skills to handle challenging customer interactions - Ability to conduct research to provide accurate information to customers - Excellent written communication skills - Must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace for remote work
