Job Description:

As a Remote Live Chat Associate at ADP, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients through live chat communication. This part-time role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and expert knowledge of ADP products and services.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions via live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless communication experience for clients. 5. Stay up-to-date on ADP products and services to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Provide feedback to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 3. Strong communication skills with the ability to multi-task efficiently. 4. Confident and reliable personality traits. 5. Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills. 6. Familiarity with live chat platforms and customer service tools. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
