Remote Live Chat Associate

Job Description:

Patek Philippe SA, a renowned luxury watch company based in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH, is seeking a Remote Live Chat Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales position. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, be able to work independently, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for sales and customer service.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through live chat, assisting customers with inquiries, purchases, and resolving any issues they may have - Utilize persuasive skills to upsell products and maximize sales opportunities - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay informed on product knowledge to accurately answer customer questions - Identify innovative ways to improve the customer experience and drive sales

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Persuasion skills to drive sales and upsell products - Innovative mindset to improve processes and exceed customer expectations - Must be hardworking and dedicated to providing top-notch customer service
