Live Chat Associate

Job Description: W.W. Grainger is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Live Chat Associate to join our team in Bern, CH. As a Live Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our online chat platform. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role, be confident, resourceful, and possess strong analytical and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via live chat - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to customers - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer service role - Confident and resourceful personality traits - Strong analytical and persuasion skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Proficiency in using live chat software and Microsoft Office applications - High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
