Job Description - Live Chat Manager

Job Description:


We are currently seeking a part-time Live Chat Manager to join our team at O’Reilly Automotive in Lausanne, CH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field. This role requires an independent and confident individual who possesses excellent time management and persuasion skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage the live chat platform, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and answering questions effectively - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Analyze chat data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for live chat customer service


Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred - Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or a similar role - Strong communication skills and ability to work independently - Proficiency in chat software and other related tools - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience working in a fast-paced environment
