Live Chat Manager

EMS-Chemie Holding AG is seeking a dynamic and experienced Live Chat Manager to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. This part-time position is ideal for someone with 6 years of experience in a similar role, who is looking to take their career to the next level.

As the Live Chat Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our live chat support team, ensuring that all customer queries are handled efficiently and effectively. You will be in charge of managing the team, setting performance goals, and providing ongoing training and support to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service possible.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the live chat support team, including hiring, training, and performance management - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive business results - Monitor chat interactions to ensure quality and consistency - Analyze chat data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat support

Requirements: - 6 years of experience in a similar role - Driven and passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Strong people management and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Experience with live chat software and customer service platforms
