Job Description - Live Chat Manager

Job Description:


Liebherr Group is seeking a part-time Live Chat Manager to join our team in Basel, Switzerland. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer service and online communication, you will be responsible for managing our live chat platform to provide exceptional support to our customers.


Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage the live chat platform to ensure timely and effective responses to customer inquiries - Train and supervise a team of live chat agents to deliver high-quality customer service - Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the live chat system - Monitor chat conversations to maintain quality standards and provide feedback for improvement - Analyze chat data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat management


Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in customer service, with a focus on online communication - Confident and resourceful personality traits to effectively manage a live chat team - Strong soft skills in critical thinking and decision-making to handle a high volume of customer inquiries - Proficiency in using live chat platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) software - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field preferred
