Job Description - Live Chat Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


As a Live Chat Manager at Ameren, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the live chat customer service team. This position is a part-time work-from-home opportunity, with a seniority level of mid-to-senior. We are seeking a candidate with at least 8 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of live chat customer service representatives, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. 2. Monitor chat interactions to ensure quality customer service and adherence to company policies and procedures. 3. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive sales through the live chat channel. 4. Analyze live chat data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements. 5. Collaborate with other departments, such as IT and Marketing, to ensure seamless integration of live chat services. 6. Identify training and professional development opportunities for live chat team members.


Requirements: 1. Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and creating positive customer experiences. 2. Confident in decision-making and leadership abilities. 3. Excellent cooperation and communication skills. 4. Previous experience managing a team in a remote work environment. 5. Proficient in using live chat software and other customer service tools. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
