Job Description:
LKQ is seeking a motivated and independent Live Chat Manager to work from home in Zurich, CH. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing our live chat platform to provide exceptional customer service and support.
Responsibilities: - Manage and monitor the live chat platform to respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Train and supervise a team of live chat agents to ensure consistent quality of service - Analyze chat data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new chat features and enhancements - Develop and implement chat scripts and responses to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction - Maintain a positive and engaging online presence to build customer trust and loyalty - Handle escalated chats and complex customer issues with empathy and professionalism - Monitor chat performance metrics and KPIs to track progress and achieve department goals
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - Proven experience managing live chat platforms in a fast-paced environment - Excellent decision-making and communication skills - Ability to work independently and lead a remote team effectively - Proficiency in using chat software and CRM systems - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Fluency in English and German
