Job Description:
Implenia AG is seeking a dedicated and energetic Live Chat Manager to join our team. This is a part-time position that offers the flexibility of working from home. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our live chat platform to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the live chat platform to ensure timely and efficient responses to customer inquiries - Provide support and guidance to the live chat team to optimize performance and customer satisfaction - Monitor chat conversations to identify and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner - Analyze chat data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to coordinate responses and resolve customer issues effectively - Implement best practices for live chat communication to enhance the overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments related to live chat technology and customer service
Requirements: - 7 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat environment - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment - Proven experience in managing and overseeing a live chat platform - Proficient in using live chat software and tools - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a remote team - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
