Job Description - Live Chat Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


DaVita HealthCare Partners is seeking a dedicated Live Chat Manager to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As a mid-to-senior level manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our live chat operations and ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of live chat representatives, providing guidance, training, and support as needed - Monitor chat conversations to ensure quality and accuracy - Implement strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction - Analyze chat data and metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions - Work closely with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience - Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership on a regular basis


Requirements: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Proven track record of managing successful live chat operations - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent presentation and communication skills - Hardworking and confident individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment - Experience working remotely and managing a virtual team is a plus
