Responsibilities: 1. Manage the live chat platform, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries and issues. 2. Develop and implement chat strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. 3. Train and supervise a team of live chat agents, providing guidance and support as needed. 4. Monitor chat performance metrics and generate reports for management review. 5. Collaborate with other departments to streamline chat processes and improve overall customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat management.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience in chat management and customer service. 3. Excellent communication and leadership skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Strong organizational and analytical abilities. 6. Proficiency in chat management software and tools.
