Live Chat Officer

Job description:

As a Live Chat Officer at Honeywell International in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support via live chat. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues via live chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, processing returns, and resolving any issues that may arise - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a positive attitude and promote a positive image of the company at all times - Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company updates
