Remote Live Chat Officer

Job description:

We are looking for a Remote Live Chat Officer to join our team at eBay. As a part-time Associate Level position based in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH, you will be responsible for handling live chat interactions with customers, providing them with excellent customer service and support.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in real-time through live chat - Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their concerns promptly and accurately - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalations - Conduct research to answer customer questions and provide relevant information - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers - Meet and exceed performance metrics related to response times and customer satisfaction - Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Adaptable and motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team - Strong research and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and cooperation skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Proficiency in using chat software and other communication tools - Fluency in English and any additional languages is a plus
